🇺🇸 Luis Ricardo is a Mexican artist born in Puebla (1979). He is a cartoonist, draftsman, and painter, known for his use of the ballpoint pen, the centuries-old egg tempera technique, -or to be honest- anything that comes into his hands: crayons, blood, pencils, and artificial intelligence software. His work is strange, obsessive and arguably suffers from horror vacui. Did I tell you I have a degree in film from the National University of Mexico? As a cartoonist, he has been awarded the 3rd prize in the International saloon of humor at Santa Clara, Cuba in December 2018. My goodness I do some research too. My areas of research are inclusive education, film and English as a second language.
